In the latest Wikimetal poll, Iron Maiden 's If Eternity Should Fail " was voted the best song of the year with 33% of the votes. Megadeth's "The Threat Is Real" "Repentless , with 28% and 16% of the votes respectively.
"If Eternity Should Fail" was one of the first songs written for the album, and according to Bruce Dickinson, it was composed to be part of a solo album by the vocalist.
Dickinson is working on her seventh solo album
Iron Maiden will be touring Brazil in 2016, with the following dates: March 17th in Rio de Janeiro, March 19th in Belo Horizonte, March 22nd in Brasilia, March 24th in Fortaleza, and March 26th in São Paulo. Tickets are already available for purchase on the Livepass .
